Rules for Direction, Review and Publication of Scientific Articles

Papers submitted for publication must correspond to the research area of the journal, be topical, demonstrate novelty and have scientific merit and practical relevance.

The following information must be in any paper (in Russian and English): title, author’s name, key words, abstract, references, affiliations, author’s e-mail address. The material should be structured. It is desirable to comprise the following parts: introduction, materials and methods, findings and discussion, conclusions.

The paper is written in Times New Roman font, 14pt. The text is one-and-a-half spaced. The first line indentation is 0.75 mm.

Journal sections:
Agronomy, forestry and water management.
Animal science and veterinary medicine.
Economy.

Completeness of materials submitted for publication in the journal:
— manuscript;
It must be certified by the seal of the organization;
— academic certificate from the Postgraduate Study Department to prove the postgraduate status.

The minimum number of pages is 8. The maximum number of pages is 20.

The scientific publication reviews all materials coming to the editorial board that are relevant to its subject matter, with a view to their expert evaluation. All reviewers are recognized experts on the topic of peer-reviewed materials and have published their scientific papers on the subject of the article being reviewed for the past 3 years.

The editors of the journal send the review copies or the reasons for refusal to publish to the authors of submitted materials, and also undertake to send review copies to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon proper request to the editorial office of the peer-reviewed scientific publication.
The reviews are kept in the publishing house and in the editorial office of the peer-reviewed scientific publication for 5 years.

The materials received from the authors are sent by the editorial board to the expert council of the journal, where, based on the opinion of the reviewers, a decision on the possibility of publishing an article is made.
If the paper does not meet the requirements, it is sent to be improved or the reasons for refusal to publish are provided.

If the paper is accepted for publication, the author is informed about the necessity of concluding the public offer agreement and sending filled in and signed publication application form to the journal staff.

The editor reserves the right to reject the papers failing to meet the requirements (including the length of the text, creating tables and illustrations). The editorial board guarantees permanent storage of published scientific articles, their accessibility, and legal deposit.

The author of the paper has the right to receive one free of charge copy of the printed journal regardless of the number of the co-authors.
